il Giallo is selling the freshest, non-GMO pasta in the region! For the month of September, a portion of our fresh, retail pasta sales will benefit the City of Amatrice in Italy, which  was recently hit with a powerful earthquake, leaving the city in ruins with the majority of residents homeless and many in mourning.
Chef Jamie Adams will be creating this fresh pasta and selling it by the pound (prices below) including Agnolotti, Gnocchi, Spaghetti, Pappardelle, Linguine, Lasagna and more!  Orders can be placed ahead of time by phoning the restaurant at 404.709.2148. Retail pasta pick up hours are 11:30-2:30pm Monday through Friday.
