Join us for a Ferrari-Carano wine dinner showcasing five wines hand-selected by Celine Bufkin of Ferrari-Carano paired with Executive Chef Nick Leahy’s culinary flare. Passed Hors d’oeuvres at 6:30pm. Guests will be seated promptly at 7:00pm.

Grilled petit filet, parsley whipped potatoes, crispy fennel, red wine marrow jus

2012 Ferrari-Carano Tresor, Sonoma County

Chocolate nemesis, pomegranate, red wine caramel
