The Negroni is one of the few cocktails with a traceable history that goes all the way back to the early 20th century. This now classic drink was first created at Bar Casoni in Florence, when Count Camillo Negroni ordered an Americano—sweet vermouth, Campari and club soda—with gin swapped in for the standard soda. This winter, Davio’s Atlanta is taking the traditional Italian version and mixing it up with an all-new cocktail menu of Negroni spinoffs that includes a taste for every palate. The menu offers options such as The Aged, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Carpano Antica, Luxardo Bitter and The Frizzante, Tanqueray Gin, Aperol, Prosecco, Burnt Orange.
