ATLANTA (January 10, 2014) – Joining the Downtown Atlanta dining district, Cuts Steakhouse will soft-open to the public on Monday, January 13 at 5 p.m. for dinner service. Bringing a Southern influence to your typical steakhouse menu, Executive Chef Donnie Wicker is excited to share dishes such as the Braised Beef Short Rib (mushroom ragout, grated horseradish) and Southern Fried Lobster Tail (roast garlic mash, brown butter, spinach).

 Cuts Steakhouse offers guests a wide range of signature steaks that can be topped with a choice of Béarnaise, Green Peppercorn or Cuts Signature Steak Sauce to name a few. Round out the meal with a side of Pimento Mac & Cheese, Creamy Cheddar Grits or a Quinoa Salad. For those looking beyond steaks, try the Seared Salmon Sandwich (remoulade, lettuce, tomato) or Lamb Burger (Vermont white cheddar). The extensive wine list offers over 60 choices of crisp whites, soft reds and cabernet blends that will pair perfectly with any meal. 

Hailing from the Pinehurst area of North Carolina, Executive Chef Donnie Wicker brings 20 years of culinary experience to the kitchen with a background in ethnic, whole animal and farm-to-table fare. Wicker’s internationally-influenced culinary experience can be spotted in dishes such as the Sesame Seared Tuna (ponzu vegetable stir-fry, wasabi leeks), but he keeps it Southern with a house-made Apple Cobbler (salted caramel, vanilla ice cream).  Working with Innerworks Design Group, Cuts Steakhouse invites guests to dine in one of two dining rooms filled with tufted gray booths, ceramic deer heads and wood accents, or pull up a seat in the bar filled with red iron stools and flat screen TVs.
